Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a OneStream Solutions Architect at Astral Solutions Group. The Solutions Architect will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as OneStream solution architecture, consulting, software development, integration, and business process analysis. The role is located in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications:

  • Lead OneStream implementation and solutions through project full cycle – requirements and design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support
  • Lead full pre-sales cycle – introduction, scoping, drafting estimate and proposal, creating statement of work contract
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal and client-side resources and effectively communicate across various audiences.
  • Approach problems creatively and apply technology to solve business challenges
  • Adhere to CPM projects delivery methodology and project standards, and ensure that project deliverables and milestones are completed on time
  • Work with leadership to develop and grow the practice further including revenue attainment, sales and marketing assets, partnership with OneStream, training, recruiting, onboarding, and staffing

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems
  • 10 + years’ experience implementing or optimizing OneStream or other EPM/CPM applications (Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Planning, Oracle EPM cloud, FCCS, EPBCS.
  • Must have experience in delivering at least 5 full OneStream implementation lifecycles project on consolidations and Planning.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial processes, including experience with financial close, consolidations, financial reporting, and FP&A.
  • Deep understanding of accounting processes, including account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, allocations, and top-side adjustments.
  • Deep understanding on FP&A processes related to budgeting, planning and Forecasting.
  • Prior experience gathering business requirements and translating those to help design a solution.
  • Previous experience leading full-cycle EPM/CPM implementations.
  • Experience with VB.net and other programming languages.
  • Must have OneStream Certified Solutions Architect designation.
  • Experience with data integration between different systems/sources.

About The Role

Your Role

  • Senior Business Analyst will act as a liaison between Clients and ASG Technical team.

Qualifications

Position Overview:
To organize, implement and report on the various marketing campaigns, systems and assets for our organization. Success in this role will be measured on correct and on-time implementation, upkeep and management of all marketing collateral, campaigns and systems, as well as the meticulous upkeep
of our database and CRM. Specifically:
• Your ability to flawlessly organize, implement, manage and report on the company’s various marketing campaigns and systems so they produce the results expected.
• Your ability to maintain and build the company’s database (list) and CRM systems with error free accuracy.
• Your ability to IMPROVE upon the performance of every campaign, constantly seeking ways to increase the performance of each activity and investment.

Other Tactical Work and Responsibilities:

Note: This is the initial list for this position. Other tasks will be added on as this individual’s skill level increases.
• Manage the process of list building and list cleaning in our CRM.
• Manage the creation and production of all printed marketing collateral
• Provide the CEO weekly marketing reports on leads generated, the source of those leads, cost per lead, sales closed, conversion percentages and ROI.
• Assist in creating and managing various campaigns in the company’s CRM.
• Assist in creating, updating and managing the company’s social media sites.
• Assist in the production and sending of prospecting campaigns, both online and offline

• Assist in SEO, Digital Marketing and Google analytics and Adds.
